Collected from the majestic Elder that grows wild in many parts of New Zealand. the white clustered flower dry to a ale yellow. The aromatic profile has tones of honey, biscuits with a hint of faint anise. They can add a subtle sweetness and warm note to gin or perfume. Wild harvested in Otago, New Zealand.
Makes a comforting tea to drink warm or on ice, blend with a little Ginger root with honey and sliced lemons. Has been used to alleviate the discomfort of fevers and colds.
