The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
Guarantee, Warrantee and Damaged Goods
Under normal circumstances our products will last a lifetime. If there is catastrophic failure of the still in the first twelve months from the purchase date on the invoice through poor workmanship or faulty materials, Alembics NZ will replace or repair that item at our expense.
If the goods purchased have been damaged on arrival, notify us by phone or email within 24hours of receipt to enable the claim to progress and be rectified. Supporting images maybe required.
Return and Exchange Policies
At Alembics NZ we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your merchandise within 7 days of the invoice date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to return to buyer without replacement any items which have been abused or improperly cared for.

Credit to Your Account
Your credit will be issued to your credit card. We may contact you again to get this as all information is not held by Alembics NZ. Please allow 30 to 60 days for the credit to appear on your monthly statement.
